The communication layer for 27M solo service businesses
Asan makes the text conversation the product, with the customer, the job and the plan attached, for the one-person service business that every incumbent treats as an on-ramp to a crew product.
Asan is a mobile-first operating app for solo service providers, built around the repeating relationship rather than the one-off booking. Today it ships recurring plans that fill the calendar, the customer record behind each visit, and the customer messages written for the operator to send. It serves both the trades that drive to customers and the ones customers come to, in one app.
Every tool is built for someone else
Solo service pros, from sprinkler techs to stylists, cleaners, tutors, and HVAC pros, run their entire business through text messages on a personal phone. Those conversations have no business context: no customer history, no schedule, and no record of what was quoted or done.
Business-line and texting apps give you a number, but no scheduling and no customer record.
Scheduling tools assume a fixed location, send one-way reminders, and cannot serve a mobile provider.
The larger field-service platforms are priced and shaped for crews, not solo operators.
Where we are
We have not launched publicly and have no revenue yet. We do not publish customer counts or metrics we don’t have.
What we’re building toward
We are taking a working build to market and proving that solo pros run their texting, scheduling and plans in one app. We are open to conversations with investors and partners who want to back the under-served, not the over-served.
